The house was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with very respectful people and polite. One of the most beautiful beaches is near the area. The landlord is a very nice person always at attentive and helpful. I totally recommend this house!

Please no loud PARTIES or EVENTS. The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay. So, relax, unwind, and make yourself at home! Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also comes with:
High-Speed Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning & Heating, In-Unit Washer/Dryer, Beach Accessories (Toys, Cooler, Beach Chairs, umbrella and Towels) board games, playing cards & large Tic Tac Toe, Free Private Parking in Driveway, up to 4 vehicles. NO PARKING in the front yard please.
Other things to note: Your safety matters. The property features a Ring doorbell security camera on the front door, camera facing driveway and camera overlooking the backyard. These do not look into any interior spaces. Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10PM-9AM (city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. We do NOT allow any loud PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the property at any time of day.

Please be mindful that you will be residing in someone's residence, hence it is important to handle the property with care and respect. The check-in time is after 4:00 PM, while checkout should be done before 10:00 AM. Throughout your stay, kindly remember that a maximum of 10 guests is allowed. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any pets, organizing parties, or hosting events in the house. Lastly, we have a strict no smoking policy. We appreciate your adherence to these house rules and hope you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
